Position Summary
The Milling Division at BinSentry is hiring an Outcomes Manager with deep agriculture and supply-chain experience to support pilot execution, value quantification, and outcomes-driven selling for feed-mill customers. This role works in close partnership with the Customer Success Team to ensure exceptional pilot experiences, clear ROI communication, and a consistent outcomes framework across the milling vertical.
The Outcomes Manager acts as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations—turning raw data and operational insights into compelling business cases that demonstrate the impact of HD monitoring on mill operations.
NOTE: The successful candidate can be located anywhere in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Pilot Management (Aligned with Customer Success)
- Co-manage HD pilot planning, execution, and evaluation with the Customer Success team.
- Ensure pilots deliver measurable operational outcomes—outage prevention, shrink reduction, supply-chain efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate across internal teams to maintain alignment and mitigate risks.
Training & Enablement
- Develop mill-specific onboarding and training content in partnership with Customer Success.
- Participate in webinars, hands-on sessions, and on-site pilot support.
- Consolidate customer insights to inform product enhancements and CS process improvements.
Analytics & ROI Development
- Track and interpret key performance indicators within milling operations.
- Build and maintain ROI models and outcomes dashboards.
- Deliver outcomes summaries and executive presentations for commercial conversion and expansion.
International Milling Support
- Provide milling-focused outcomes analysis, ROI documentation, and pilot data for global teams pursuing international mill opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture, feed manufacturing, ag-tech, or supply-chain analytics.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
- Background working with milling operations, ingredient flow, or ag-supply-chain processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Operations.
