Our custom application business is expanding in the Treasure Valley and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer-Loader Ground Technician to support our aerial application operations during the upcoming season.

Position Summary:
The Mixer-Loader Ground Technician is a critical seasonal role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate preparation of agricultural chemicals and supporting drone spraying operations. This role involves mixing and loading chemicals, maintaining equipment, assisting the pilot and drone operator, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Chemical Handling & Mixing: Prepare and mix agricultural chemicals according to specified formulations and safety guidelines.
- Equipment Management: Load mixed chemicals into spray drones, maintain equipment, and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Operational Support: Assist drone pilots with staging, battery management, and site setup for efficient spray operations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Logistics Coordination: Support the transportation, setup, and breakdown of equipment at job sites.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, application rates, and operational activities.

Qualifications:
- Experience in agriculture, chemical handling, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
- Familiarity with agricultural spraying equipment or drones is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Worker Protection Standard certification or willingness to obtain one.
